Order Shipping and Damages

Shipping: 

We offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers who are in the United States. Shipping on all orders will be through FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order can take 3 to 5 business days to process before it is shipped out to you. Your tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped (usually 24 to 48 hours). During the Holiday Seasons, transit times can take longer than usual. Normal transit times can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days (10 to 15 business days for special/custom orders).

We offer FREE SHIPPING, but in the event that you need your order delivered faster, delivery rates for faster shipping services will be additional and can be calculated at check out. 

International orders: 

At this time we only ship to customers within the United States. Please check back at a later date to see if our shipping policies have changed. 

Order Shipment: 

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 to 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at 8ody8ynina@gmail.com

Damages:

Please inspect your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to 8ody8ynina@gmail.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.
